Private Yoga
Let's design a practice tailored to your body, virtually or in the comfort of your own home! Yoga studios are great but there can be barriers to accessing them and even more so now during the COVID pandemic. If you like the idea of practicing at home with a program designed just for you- this is a great option! Classes are $90 per session and payment can be made via Venmo or Zelle.
