Personal training allows us to create a program that is 100% designed for you. If you are someone who is new to exercise, has chronic pain/injuries or you simply prefer to exercise privately, one-to-one training will set you up to achieve your goals in the safest and most efficient way.
Options for Personal Training
In-Home training I travel to homes in the North Shore for 45 or 60 minute sessions. *Due to the Covid-19 pandemic all in-home training is currently being completed virtually.
Virtual training via Facetime or Zoom!
