Hi, Iā€™m Jill!

After working in the fitness industry for many years, I saw how hard it was for moms to find time for the gym. Covid-19 hit and it was then that I had the idea for Fit Balanced Mom. In order to make fitness and wellness more accessible, I started creating videos and sharing content for anyone to utilize when it worked for them. My hope is not only to be a resource in your self care routine but that we can also create a community, where we support each other and hold each other accountable. Where we find what works for our schedules whether that's a 10 minute meditation, an early morning HIIT workout or a private yoga class. Let's create something positive together.
